Here is a snippet of code which will allow you to find all non-Red Hat-supplied packages:
rpm -qa --qf '%{NAME}-%{VERSION}-%{RELEASE}.%{ARCH} %{VENDOR}\n' | grep -v 'Red Hat, Inc\.' | sort
