If you are sysadmin or work in the field, monitoring a server is a task that you often do. Under Linux, there are a ton of tools: from the simplest and rudimentary to the gas plant. Let’s discover a newcomer: gtop.
gtop is a NodeJS application, written therefore in Javascript, which works on Linux, OSX and Windows (partially).
Its purpose is simple: display in real time the CPU, memory, network load, processes and various other information, all in the terminal.
