Gitso is a frontend to reverse VNC connections. It is meant to be a simple two-step process that connects one person to another\u2019s screen.
\nFirst, the support person offers to give support.
\nSecond, the person who needs help connects and has their screen remotely visible.
\nBecause Gitso is cross-platform (Linux, OS X and Windows) and uses a reverse VNC connection, it greatly simplifies the process of getting support.<\/p>\n

Install gitso in ubuntu<\/strong>
\ndownload .deb package from here<\/a><\/u> once you have .deb package, install by double clicking on it or by using the following command from your terminal.

Using Gitso<\/strong><\/p>\n

First, the person giving support needs to:<\/p>\n

1. Launch Gitso.
\n2. Click on \u201cGive Support\u201d
\n3. Click \u201cConnect\u201d<\/p>\n

Second, the person who needs help, needs to:<\/p>\n

1. Launch Gitso.
\n2. Click on \u201cGet Help\u201d
\n3. Type in the \u201cIP Address\u201d provided by the supporter
\n4. Click \u201cConnect\u201d<\/p>\n

Now the person who needs help sits back and watches as someone else moves their mouse and operates their pc from afar.<\/p>\n
